Leading Up to the Wedding (starting 90 days out):

Coordination officially begins 90 days prior to your wedding
5 additional Google Meet calls to review key logistics and next steps
Creation of a comprehensive Wedding Day Timeline to share with all vendors
Vendor/ Coordinator Communication starting 30 days from Wedding
Final venue walkthrough attendance for last-minute detail alignment

Wedding Day:

10 hours of on-site service from your lead planner
1 assistant included for up to 6 hours
Set-up and breakdown of your personal decor elements
Day-of vendor management and point-of-contact for all vendors
Distribution of final payments and vendor gratuities

Assistance reaching out to vendors for availability, proposals, and quotes

Schedule, coordinate & attend vendor meetings (virtual or in-person)
Budget tracking and ongoing oversight to help you stay within your target
Email reminders for vendor payment deadlines and key milestones

Guest Support + Digital Planning

RSVP tracking assistance to keep guest lists organized
Wedding website support and content updates as needed

Wedding Weekend:

Everything from your Partial Package — plus:
- Full wedding day coverage from your lead planner up until Dance Floor Opening
- Assistant on-site the entire day (not just 6 hours!)
